Seasonal & Holiday Yoga Camp

Yoga camps are seasonal events at our kids yoga studio in Allendale, NJ. For ages 4-10, and children must be potty trained. An example of a schedule:

9-10am: Morning Meeting with Stuffies + Yoga
10-10:30: Snack
10:30-12pm: Scavenger Hunt / Craft / Teepee Building / Nutrition Day
12-12:30: Lunch
12:30-1:30: Storytime + Yoga
1:30-2pm: Reflection / Meditation

What should I bring?

  • Stuffy

  • Water / Lunch (no nuts)

  • Pillow and Blanket

  • Dress Code: COMFY and COZY
